Objectives At the end of this learning unit, the student must know the main concepts of human resources and labour economics and be able to use the main instruments of economic analysis to answer to a wide set of questions related to the human resources of a company.

Evaluation Method For the students in periodic assessment, evaluation will be done according to the following:
- Individual exam (70%)
- Individual assignment (30%)

For the students in final assessment, evaluation will be done through an exam (100%).
Teaching Method Each student should acquire analytical, information gathering, critical thinking, and written communication skills, according to the established learning goals. The following teaching-learning methodologies will be used:
LG1. Expositive to present the theoretical frameworks
LG2. Participative with analysis and resolution of application exercises
LG3. Participative with analysis and real case-study discussion
LG4. Self-study.
Tutoring hours allow students to clarify specific problems.
Observations Students are expected to participate actively.
