Identify and systematize the phases of quality management process in the educational setting with a special emphasis on the development of continuous improvement. Identify principles and models of quality management. To know the phases and processes in formalizing and implementing a quality management system. To identify models of empirical analysis of the quality assessment within education The student that completes this course with success will be able to: ? To describe the main theories on the concept under study. ? To elaborate the quality evaluation project. ? To differentiate the principles and models of quality management. ? To prepare a quality management project within education anchored in processes of formalization and implementation of a quality management system.
