Evaluation Method The evaluation will be based in two article reviews written by students. Each review should not exceed 2000 words and counts for 50% of the final grade.
Teaching Method The method of teaching and learning of this course is based on a set of lectures about the various aspects of the program. In class the teacher makes an initial presentation of the topics of the syllabus, sometimes resorting to the use of documents and primary sources. Also during class, all students will make an oral presentation on one of the items listed in the bibliography. At the end of the semester students should also deliver a written comment on that same item.
