Objectives
Provide students with the appropriate applied knowledge in terms of analysis, formulation and implementation of strategy through the intense use of business cases.
Program
1) Strategic Nature; 2) Strategic Analysis: external, portfolio and internal instruments; 3) Strategic Formulation; 4) BSC and Control of the Strategic Implementation; 5) Sistematic application of the case study methodology: discussion and presentation
Evaluation Method
50% individual (final exam) + 50% in group (case studies, reading essays and seminar reports)
Teaching Method
Processes of teaching-learning: 1) Expositive, theoretical-practical; 2) Learning by applying, in a practical (or theoretical-practical) way and with tutorial guidance; 3) Exposing and discussing orally the worked elements, with theoretical-practical application.
Observations
Students covered by the "Internal regulation for Students with Special Statutes" should contact the Curricular Unit professor or coordinator during the first week of classes of each semester to allow for framing of learning processes and evaluation of the curricular unit.
