Objectives
The students at the end of this learning unit should obtain competences that allow them, in the conceptual level, to understand the concepts related with the formulation, implementation and change of an international strategy and in the practical level the students should be able to use the analysis's tools that allow them to formulate, implement and change a strategy.

Evaluation Method
Individual examination: 50% Group Work and participation: 50% Minimum for approval: Weighted average 10 (0-20 scale)with a minimum of 8 (scale of 0-20) in all the two components.
Teaching Method
Each student should acquire analytic, information gathering, written and oral communications skills. To contribute to the acquisition of these skills, will be used the learning methodologies (LM): 1. Expository, to the presentation of the theoretical reference frames. 2. Participatory, analysis and discussion of case studies and support reading texts. 3. Active, with the realization of group works 4. Self-study, related with the autonomous work by the student.
Observations
Students under the "Internal regulation for Students with Special Statutes" should contact the Curricular Unit professor or coordinator during the first week of classes of each semester to allow for framing of learning processes and evaluation of the curricular unit.
